120–600 pcs per SKU is a starting range for eligible projects. Recorded product MOQs, case packs and packaging print minimums apply.

What is the MOQ for a first order?
Stock catalog SKUs follow their recorded carton MOQs, while eligible private-label projects can start in the 120–600-piece range per SKU. Small buyers commonly begin with an LCL consolidated shipment mixing several SKUs; large promotional and retail programs run in full containers.
Can you make custom OEM squishies with my own design?
Yes - from logo printing, custom colors and branded packaging on existing tooling, to full ODM with a new custom mold. Custom-mold projects carry a mold fee and a sampling stage; the approved, signed sample is the standard the production run is checked against.
Which safety documents and certifications can you coordinate?
Documents are matched per SKU and market: EN71 for the EU, ASTM F963 and CPSIA/CPC for the US, plus CE, UKCA and other requirements where they apply. Testing is performed by accredited laboratories, and listed supplier documents are verified rather than taken at face value.
How long from order to shipment?
Typical timelines are 5–10 days for samples and packaging proofs, then 25–35 days for production on most orders, with inspection and freight booking after. Seasonal and promotional orders should add buffer for peak export windows; the desk puts dates against each stage in your written plan.
