Chenghai / your sourcing desk
Toy landed cost calculator.
Put the whole buying plan into one number, with every cost visible.
Build a cost plan from your own quote.
Enter every cost in USD. Use the same purchasing unit throughout. For a retail set, enter the cost and quantity of complete sets. This tool estimates one SKU or one consistently defined set at a time.
Blank means unknown; enter 0 only when a cost is confirmed not applicable or already included elsewhere. No tax rate, freight rate or sourcing fee is assumed. Avoid double-counting costs included in a delivered quote.
The calculation.
Products = order units × product unit cost. Packaging = paid packaging quantity × packaging unit cost + packaging setup. Total = products + packaging + all other entered costs. Per-unit planning cost = total ÷ order units.
Packaging quantity can exceed the toy quantity when a printer has a higher minimum. The total includes every paid pack; ask who keeps unused packaging. The result is a budget estimate, not a binding quote, customs calculation or confirmation that the SKU minimum is met.
For several different SKUs, calculate product and packaging lines separately and allocate shared freight or services once. The ten-SKU consolidation example shows how carton data combines.
