The practical details

Before your first sourcing brief.

Start here for the questions that affect scope, cost and timing.

Before you brief us

A few useful answers.

Can you work from a sourcing spreadsheet?

Yes. Include links or reference photos, target quantity per SKU, target cost, packaging preference, selling market and required arrival date. Share a link in the inquiry form.

Is 120-600 pieces available on every SKU?

No. It is a starting range to discuss for eligible items and packaging projects. The catalog displays the recorded MOQ for each product; supplier case packs and print runs may require more.

How are sourcing fees disclosed?

We explain the charging basis in your project quote and separate the agreed service work from product, packaging and logistics costs. We do not charge undisclosed commissions. Any change to the quoted scope or charges needs your approval before the work proceeds.

Can I use one box across several squishy toys?

Possibly, if product fit and market labeling allow it. SKU-specific stickers or inserts may still be needed. Confirm the proposal against samples before printing.

Does private label include product safety testing?

Not automatically. Testing, technical documents and inspection must be specified and priced for the product and destination market.

Can you copy another brand's packaging?

Provide your own brand assets and artwork you have the right to use. Reference packs can communicate format or dimensions without reproducing another brand's design.

Do you create my FBA shipment plan?

The seller controls the Amazon account and shipment plan. Supply the applicable label files and instructions so preparation can be coordinated against them.

Does FBA prep mean a toy is compliant?

No. Product compliance, testing and required documents are separate from barcode labeling and carton preparation.

Can several factories ship together?

Yes, consolidation can be planned. Each supplier must meet the agreed quantities and readiness date, and the combined carton data must match the destination workflow.

Orders, payment & logistics

The B2B details buyers ask next.

What payment terms do you accept?

Standard export terms apply: T/T bank transfer with an agreed deposit before production and the balance settled against the agreed pre-shipment terms. Irrevocable L/C at sight can be discussed for larger container orders, and small eligible sample or first-order amounts may use faster payment channels. The exact schedule is written into your proforma invoice.

How much do samples cost and how long do they take?

Sample costs follow the product and whether branded packaging proofs are included; courier freight is charged at cost. Most stock samples are arranged within days and arrive internationally inside a week to ten days. Packaging proofs and custom-color samples typically take 5–10 days. Sample costs can often be offset against the bulk order on eligible projects.

What is the typical production lead time?

For most wholesale toy orders, mass production runs around 25–35 days after the deposit and approved sample. Promotional orders with printing, custom-pack orders and peak-season windows (Q3 holiday build, Chinese New Year) need extra buffer. Your written order plan lists a date per stage rather than one optimistic number.

Can I mix several different toys in one order?

Yes - that is one of the desk's core services. Each SKU keeps its own factory MOQ and case pack; the orders are then consolidated into one LCL or FCL shipment. Repacking into mixed retail cartons, building gift sets and applying assortment stickers are separate quoted services.

Which certifications and tests apply to toys in my market?

The EU commonly requires EN71 testing with a Declaration of Conformity; the US applies ASTM F963 together with CPSIA limits and a Children's Product Certificate where applicable; the UK uses UKCA; other markets follow their own standards. Requirements vary by age grade and product type, so documents are matched per SKU, and testing is coordinated through accredited laboratories rather than assumed from a supplier's photo.

Can you print my logo on the toys themselves?

On suitable materials, yes. Common methods are pad/screen printing, heat-transfer printing, UV printing and debossing; very small or highly textured parts may need a label instead. Each method has its own setup charge and print minimum, which the desk shows alongside the unit cost.

Do you support custom shapes and custom molds?

Yes. Beyond logo and packaging OEM, full ODM projects can create a new shape through a custom mold. The process runs through design review, a mold fee, sampling and your signed sample approval before any mass production - protecting both the design intent and the production standard.

Can you supply toys sized for capsule vending, gashapon and claw machines?

Yes, and sizing is the first thing we check. Capsule programs name the capsule diameter (common sizes run 32–100 mm), which fixes the toy dimensions, attachments and packaging; claw-machine prizes are planned by prize tier and weight. Share your machine format and we shortlist only SKUs that physically fit.

Who handles shipping and import customs clearance?

We can coordinate FOB handover at the Chinese port, a quoted door-to-door option, or work with your nominated forwarder. Destination duties, import clearance and local taxes remain the buyer's responsibility unless your chosen Incoterm and written quote say otherwise.

What happens if goods arrive with quality problems?

Each project confirms its inspection scope and quality remedies before production. If a verifiable defect or shortage is established through photos, records and the agreed standard, we coordinate the claim with the responsible factory and set out the remedy - replacement, credit or otherwise - in writing. The process is summarized on our returns and claims page.

Do you work with first-time importers?

Regularly. First-time buyers get the same written process as large accounts: clear MOQs, an explanation of Incoterms and landed-cost lines, sample approval before production, and help timing the order so goods arrive before the selling season. If a request is outside what we can do well, we say so rather than booking it.
