The preparation work we coordinate sits between the factory carton and the FBA receiving station: FNSKU barcode labeling on saleable units, poly-bagging or suffocation-bag application where the marketplace requires it, set and bundle assembly with the appropriate "sold as a set" labeling, carton contents records with dimensions and weights, and shipment-specific box-ID placement on the matching outer cartons. Each task is quoted line by line so you can see what you are paying for.

Two boundaries matter. First, FBA preparation does not make a toy compliant: product safety testing, CPSIA/CPC documentation and warning-label requirements are separate and remain the seller's responsibility in the US market. Second, Amazon's rules change - we work from your current Seller Central shipment plan rather than remembered instructions. For seasonal sellers, build a buffer of around 4–6 weeks into peak-season orders; Q3 and the Chinese New Year window compress both production slots and container space.
