What helps a first inquiry land well.
What should a first wholesale brief include?
Product links or reference photos, quantity per SKU, target unit cost, your sales channel (Amazon, Shopify, retail, promotional, vending, arcade), destination market, and the date the goods must arrive. Missing details are fine - we ask targeted follow-ups instead of guessing.
How fast will I hear back?
Acknowledge within one working day, usually the same morning in Beijing time. A full comparable shortlist takes longer to assemble properly: simple stock-sourcing questions come back inside 24–48 hours, and multi-SKU private-label projects get a staged plan rather than an inflated instant quote.
Which channels reach the desk?
The inquiry form on this page, [email protected], and WhatsApp. Email is best for spreadsheets and artwork; WhatsApp suits quick questions and photo references. We work Monday–Saturday, Beijing time (GMT+8).
I am new to importing. Is that okay?
Yes. First-time importers get the same written process as large accounts: clear MOQs, an explanation of EXW/FOB and landed-cost lines, sample approval before production, and help timing the order so goods arrive before your selling season.
