Squishy Toy Sample Orders & Fidget Sample Consolidation
Plan a squishy toy sample order: shortlist SKUs, separate sample and courier charges, consolidate supplier samples and record approval evidence.
Buy answers to specific questions.
A squishy toy sample order should help you choose a product and pack. Write the question for each candidate: size in the hand, finish, recovery behavior, package fit or contents of a display pack. A photo shortlist alone cannot settle those points.
Request the selected SKU, sample count, supplier reference and stock packaging. If you need a custom pack, ask whether the quote covers a blank fit sample, printed proof or fully assembled sample. They are different approval objects.
Keep a sample manifest before combining dispatch.
| Manifest field | Example instruction |
|---|---|
| Sample identity | STS348379 / supplier reference / sample revision / quantity requested |
| Question to resolve | Compare physical cube dimensions and OPP pack fit with the listed record. |
| Dispatch status | Awaiting supplier, received at consolidation point, checked in, or dispatched. |
| Charges | Sample, collection, handling, courier and any additional packing: quote each inclusion. |
| Destination and contents | Recipient address, contact, shipment contents and courier declaration confirmed for the route. |
| Approval evidence | Sample IDs, photos, notes, approver and date; list anything not checked. |
Consolidate with a cut-off decision.
For fidget toy sample consolidation, agree where suppliers send samples and how long the desk holds them. Ask which samples are ready together and which are still pending. If one candidate is late, decide whether to wait, remove it or dispatch it separately; record the extra courier or handling cost before authorizing it.
Keep supplier and SKU labels attached through consolidation. Sending several samples in one courier package does not turn them into an approved retail set, and sample consolidation does not reduce future production MOQs.
Measure, photograph, then approve the exact version.
Record bare-item dimensions and weight separately from retail-pack and carton measurements. State the unit, method and instrument, and keep the sample ID visible in the photo set. Carton net weight divided by piece count is not a verified item measurement.
For the 3.5 cm and 6 cm cube comparison, the public figures are supplier-listed catalog values. Add physical measurements only after they have actually been taken.
Send the desk a sample-ready brief.
Send the SKU list, sample quantities, packaging requested, destination, questions to resolve and the person approving the result. Ask for current availability and an itemized sample-and-dispatch quote.
