Carton MOQ vs Mixed Fidget Toy Sets: Buying Guide
Understand toy supplier MOQ, full case packs and mixed retail sets. Use real catalog examples to plan stock orders and separate repacking costs.
One word, three different packing decisions.
A carton MOQ is the supplier minimum for an existing product and pack. A mixed shipment carries several orders together. A mixed retail set creates a new sellable unit from its components. Agreement on one does not automatically authorize the others.

Use the recorded units, not the marketing name.

A product name mentioning five colors does not prove that one quoted piece contains five toys. Confirm what the supplier means by a purchasing unit and obtain the exact contents of each retail pack.
Work backwards from a proposed retail set.
Suppose an illustrative set uses two units of component A and one of component B. For 300 sets, the assembly requirement is 600 A units and 300 B units. Check each component against its case pack and MOQ. If supply must be rounded up, list the spare components and their cost.
The set price must include all purchased components, set packaging, assembly, labeling and any inspection work. An unpriced remainder is still inventory that someone must own and store.
